Platform Compliance Guidelines

Dispute Resolution Process

Contest Disputes

  1. Disputing party submits formal dispute through platform
  2. Both parties are notified and given opportunity to provide evidence
  3. Platform mediates resolution within 14 days
  4. If no resolution, platform makes final determination based on evidence
  5. Refunds processed through Stripe when appropriate

Product/Subscription Disputes

  1. Buyer initiates dispute through platform
  2. Seller is notified and given opportunity to respond

  4. Resolution may include refund, partial refund, or denial of dispute

Prohibited Activities

Our platform explicitly prohibits:

  1. Adult content - No pornography, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented content
  2. Gambling - No gambling, betting, or lottery services
  3. Drugs/Controlled substances - No promotion, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances
  4. Weapons - No promotion, sale, or distribution of weapons, ammunition, or related items

  6. Intellectual property infringement - No unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or patents

  10. Extended warranties - No sale of extended warranties (prohibited in United States)

  12. Mortgage consulting - No mortgage consulting services (prohibited in United States)
  13. State-restricted activities - No activities specifically restricted by applicable state law
